EPA Extends Capacity Variance for Hazardous Wastes at FMC Corporation Facility in Idaho

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a two-year national capacity variance for three hazardous wastes generated by FMC Corporation at its Pocatello, Idaho facility, following the publication of the Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) Phase IV Second Supplemental Proposal on May 12, 1997.
