US Secretary of Education Extends Project Period for National Center at University of California at Berkeley

The US Secretary of Education has announced an interpretation of a statute allowing the extension of a five-year project period for the National Center at the University of California at Berkeley, and waiving certain regulations to facilitate this extension.
