US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duties on Chinese Hand Tools

The US Department of Commerce is conducting administrative reviews of antidumping orders on heavy forged hand tools from China, covering five exporters, and has preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value. Interested parties can comment on the preliminary results and submit arguments until a final decision is made.
