NMFS to Consider Regulations for Marine Mammal Incidental Taking at Vandenberg Air Force Base

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is considering proposing regulations to allow for the incidental taking of a small number of marine mammals at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, in response to a request from the 30th Space Wing, U.S. Air Force.
