U.S. EPA Proposes Administrative Order on Consent for Lake (Petro) Station Superfund Site Cleanup

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to sign and issue an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) for a removal action at the Lake (Petro) Station Superfund Site, allowing the site's owners to perform a full cleanup in exchange for waiving EPA's response and oversight costs of approximately $20,000.
