US Establishes New Domestic Quarantine Notice for Imported Plants and Plant Parts

The US Department of Agriculture is introducing a new domestic quarantine notice to regulate the movement of imported plants and plant parts, strengthening its ability to enforce restrictions on the commerce of potentially invasive species. The new notice will replace a previous one related to Unshu oranges, which is now deemed unnecessary.
