Department of the Air Force Proposes Alteration to System of Records Notice Under the Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of the Air Force is proposing to update its system of records notice, subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, with an effective date of December 18, 1997, unless comments are received within that timeframe. The proposed changes will be submitted to the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight, the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs, and the Office of Management and Budget.
