Federal Government Adopts Revised Guidelines for State and Local Government Grants

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has published revised Circular A-133, which reflects changes made by the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996, to ensure consistency and uniformity in the audit of states, local governments, and non-profit organizations receiving federal grants.
