EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Fenarimol Residues on Filberts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption for the use of fenarimol on filberts, allowing for a maximum permissible level of residues in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, with the tolerance set to expire on December 31, 1998.
