US Department of the Interior and US Department of Transportation Implement Regulations for Outer Continental Shelf Pipelines

The US Department of the Interior and the US Department of Transportation have implemented a new regulation to improve pipeline safety, which will redesignate the point at which pipelines are subject to RSPA regulations and establish new design, construction, operation, and maintenance standards for pipelines located downstream of that point.
