EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Fomesafen Residues on Dry Beans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption for the use of fomesafen on dry beans, establishing a maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
