Rate Adjustment for the Satellite Carrier Compulsory License

This document corrects the preamble to the final rule and order published in the Federal Register of October 28, 1997, (62 FR 55742), announcing the adjustment of the royalty rates for superstation and network signals under the satellite carrier compulsory license, 17 U.S.C. 119.
