U.S. Navy Announces Public Hearing for Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Realignment of E-2 Squadrons from NAS Miramar

The U.S. Department of the Navy has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the realignment of E-2 squadrons from Naval Air Station (NAS) Miramar, and will hold a public hearing to gather comments. The proposed action involves relocating 16 aircraft, 988 personnel, and their families to one of three alternative naval air bases in California.
