National Commission on Small Farms Established by Departmental Regulation

The National Commission on Small Farms was established by the Secretary of Agriculture through Departmental Regulation No. 1043-43 on July 9, 1997, to gather information and recommend policies to ensure the viability of small farms and ranches, with its next meeting scheduled for December 10-12, 1997.
