EPA Approves Revision to California's Clean Air Act Operating Permit Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of a revision to the Clean Air Act operating permit program for Department of Defense facilities in California, allowing them to avoid permit requirements if they implement emission reduction plans that reduce ozone precursors by 10 tons per year.
