SBA Corrects Final Rule on Mentor-Protégé Programs and Government Contracting

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is making technical corrections to a final rule that merged the 8(a) Business Development Mentor-Protégé Program and the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program to eliminate confusion and unnecessary duplication of functions within SBA, and to clarify related regulatory provisions for small businesses and procuring activities.
