Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Stabilization of the Bluff Toe at Norco Bluffs

The U.S. government is revising a previous notice regarding the environmental impact assessment for a project to stabilize the toe of a bluff in Norco, California, which will affect areas immediately upstream and downstream of the original proposed site, and is now expected to be published in March 1998.
