Parker-Davis Project Rate Adjustment; Notice of Rate Order No. WAPA-75

The Deputy Secretary of the Department of Energy has confirmed and approved Rate Order No. WAPA-75, which sets rates for contractors working on the Parker-Davis Project through the Western Area Power Administration, on an interim basis until further review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
