Rules of Practice in Proceedings Relative to Administrative Offsets Initiated Against Former Employees of the Postal Service

The Judicial Officer of the Postal Service has updated the rules for handling administrative offset claims against former Postal Service employees. The changes shift authority from the Postal Inspection Service to other Postal Service officials and broaden the types of debt that can be considered in these proceedings.
