Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection Forms

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking review of three information collection forms, RI 38-117, RI 38-118, and RI 37-22, which are used to collect information from payees affected by tax code changes, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
