Bureau of Land Management Announces Public Hearing on Coal Lease Application

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is holding a public hearing to gather comments on the environmental assessment, maximum economic recovery, and fair market value of federal coal to be offered, in response to an application filed by National King Coal, LLC for a competitive coal lease on 194.79 acres of federal coal in La Plata County, Colorado.
