EPA Announces Proposed Administrative De Minimis Settlement for Carroll & Dubies Superfund Site in New York

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement for the Carroll & Dubies Superfund Site in Deerpark, New York, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The settlement, worth $14,154.03, is the second and final de minimis settlement between the EPA and Reynolds Metals Company for this site.
