EPA Approves Implementation Plans for Maricopa County, Arizona Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the implementation plans for the Maricopa County, Arizona nonattainment area, restoring contingency procedures for the carbon monoxide federal implementation plan and withdrawing approval of two contingency measures submitted by the state.
