Federal Trade Commission Requests Extension of Information Furnishers Rule Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the clearance for the Information Furnishers Rule, which applies to motor vehicle dealers, for an additional three years until September 30, 2028.
