SBA Seeks Public Comments on Paycheck Protection Program Information Collection

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is requesting public input on two loan necessity questionnaires, SBA Form 3509 and SBA Form 3510, which are part of the Paycheck Protection Program, and will consider comments received from July 14, 2020, and October 26, 2020, before submitting any proposed changes to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
