EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of Louisiana's Air Quality Implementation Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve and fully approve revisions to Louisiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to control Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions from major stationary sources, with the goal of reducing ground-level ozone concentrations and ambient air pollution.
