Changes to Group Registration of Serials Option for Copyright Claims

The U.S. Copyright Office has made a minor adjustment to the administrative process for qualifying for group registration of serials, requiring claimants to submit their requests to the correct office, 'Group Periodicals Registration,' instead of the General Counsel's Office.
