GIPSA Seeks Public Comment on Request for Extension of Information Collection

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request an extension for a currently approved information collection, which is used to determine whether a State's central filing system for notifying farm product buyers of liens on farm products can be certified by the Secretary, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
