Department of Education Reopens Closing Date for Eligibility Applications for Fiscal Year 1997

The Department of Education is reopening the closing date for institutions to apply for designation as eligible under the Strengthening Institutions, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and Endowment Challenge Grant Programs for Fiscal Year 1997, allowing those that missed the initial deadline to submit an application.
