SBA Proposes to Remove Provisions Excluding Faith-Based Organizations from Loan and Disaster Assistance Programs

The U.S. Small Business Administration is proposing to remove five regulatory provisions that make certain faith-based organizations ineligible for SBA business loan and disaster assistance programs, in order to ensure equal treatment for these organizations under the First Amendment.
