US Department of Defense to Launch Personnel Demonstration Project at Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Centers

The US Department of Defense is authorized to conduct a Personnel Demonstration Project at designated Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratories, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act of 1995. The project must adhere to requirements outlined in Section 4703 of Title 5, which includes publishing the project plan in the Federal Register.
