Creditable Railroad Compensation

The Railroad Retirement Board hereby proposes to amend its regulations to limit the crediting of pay for time lost to periods prior to the judgment or agreement establishing that payment or in the case of pay for time lost not attributable to a judgment or settlement, prior to the date of payment.
