US Department of Defense Proposes Addition of Health Affairs Survey Data Base to Inventory of Record Systems Subject to the Privacy Act of 1974

The Office of the Secretary of the US Department of Defense plans to add the Health Affairs Survey Data Base to its existing inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, with the proposed change taking effect on January 5, 1998, unless comments are received within that timeframe.
