EPA Proposes General Permits for Hydrostatic Testing of Natural Gas Pipelines in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 is proposing general permits for discharges resulting from hydrostatic testing of new and existing natural gas pipelines in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, with requirements for limits on pollutants such as oil and grease, total suspended solids, and pH.
