SBA Corrects Regulations on Mentor-Protégé Programs and Government Contracting

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is revising its regulations to eliminate confusion and streamline functions, following the correction of a rule published on October 16, 2020, which merged the 8(a) Business Development (BD) Mentor-Protégé Program and the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program.
