EPA Approves Indiana's Ozone Plan, Redesignates Area for Attainment of One-Hour Standard
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of Indiana's ozone maintenance plan and redesignation request, allowing Vanderburgh County to meet the one-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard, as required by the Clean Air Act.
