US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review on Refrigeration Compressors from Singapore

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of an agreement suspending a countervailing duty investigation on certain refrigeration compressors from Singapore, following requests from the Singaporean government, Matsushita Refrigeration Industries (Singapore) and Tecumseh Products Company, and preliminary results indicate that the signatories have complied with the terms of the suspension agreement.
