NOAA Extends Public Comment Period for Private Land Remote-Sensing Space Systems Licensing

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed rulemaking on licensing private land remote-sensing space systems by 90 days, following a public request, until March 3, 1998.
