U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Medical Devices

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license to Hy- Gene, Inc. for certain medical device uses based on patents related to non-separable starch-oil compositions, filed in 1994 and issued in 1997.
