Committee Seeks Public Comment on Nonprofit Agency Surveys for Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program Benefit/Cost Analysis

The Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled is requesting public comment on two new surveys for nonprofit agencies participating in the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program, as part of a comprehensive benefit/cost analysis, following a 60-day comment period announced in the Federal Register on August 8, 1997.
