The Department of the Army announces the general availability of exclusive, partially exclusive or non-exclusive licenses relative to a thick composite failure prediction software code as described in U.S. Patent #5,419,200; issued 30 May 1995; entitled ``Method For Assessing the Effects of Loading Forces on a Composite Material Structure''.
