EPA Approves Montana's 1990 Carbon Monoxide Emission Inventories
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of the 1990 base year carbon monoxide emission inventories for Missoula, Billings, and Great Falls, Montana, in compliance with the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990.
