US Court Ruling on Italian Pasta Imports

The United States Court of International Trade ruled in favor of De Cecco et al. in a case against the United States Department of Commerce regarding the extension of provisional antidumping measures for certain pasta imports from Italy. The court ordered the Department to issue instructions to the U.S. Customs Service to implement the decision.
