EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Texas Clean Fuel Fleet SIP Disapproval Proposal

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its proposed disapproval of Texas' Clean Fuel Fleet (CFF) State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision under the Clean Air Act until January 16, 1998. The EPA is responding to Texas' request for additional time to assess the proposal and submit comments.
