EPA Proposes Corrections to Colorado's State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing corrections to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Colorado, addressing issues with the 1997 rulemaking and a 1979 rulemaking. The EPA is seeking to remove two sections of Colorado's PSD rules and disapprove a provision in the state's definition of 'federally enforceable'.
