Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Final Rule To List Three Aquatic Invertebrates in Comal and Hays Counties, TX, as Endangered

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has determined three aquatic invertebrates found only in Comal and Hays counties, Texas, to be endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, due to decreased water quantity and quality resulting from human activities affecting the Edwards Aquifer.
