SEC Grants Partial Approval to Philadelphia Stock Exchange's Rule Changes

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted partial permanent and temporary approval to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange's proposed rule changes, allowing the exchange to withdraw from the securities depository business and restructure its clearance and settlement operations.
