NMFS Proposes Critical Habitat Designation for Sea Turtles

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has proposed designating critical habitat for the threatened green turtle and endangered hawksbill turtle, including waters extending 3 nautical miles from the mean high water line of specific islands in Puerto Rico.
