EPA Proposes Settlement for Lindsley Lumber Site in Florida

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement to cover response costs at the Lindsley Lumber Site in Dania, Florida, with Lone Star Industries, Inc. and Lone Star Building Centers (Eastern), Inc. The public has 30 days to submit comments on the proposed settlement.
