EPA Approves Colorado's State Implementation Plan for Clean Air Act Compliance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Colorado's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for meeting the Clean Air Act's carbon monoxide (CO) National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) in the nonattainment areas of Colorado Springs and Fort Collins, as submitted on February 18, 1994.
